The machine requires only electrical power and a vent connection to the vacuum pump. The cold trap unit is cooled by a mechanical chiller, so the unit is self-contained upon connection. Paratronix Inc. will provide training for cleaning, and activation along with machine operation and maintenance. The horizontal chamber model is shown below. Paratronix also manufactures vertical chamber models for fixture coating.
